Coinfuture: Welcome everyone to the coinfuture live broadcast room. Today very honored to invite the co-founder of the Disciplina project Ilya Nikiforov to share with the first blockchain based on academic and professional achievement verification — Disciplina.

Ilya：Hey, everyone. Glad to be here.

Q1 : Can you introduce yourself to our community ?

Ilya: Hello dear community. My name is Ilya and I’m a founder of DISCIPLINA project. For last 16 years I’ve been doingwholesale, retail trade and e-commerce business.
In 2016 I founded the TeachMePlease platform. Teachmeplease is an online education platform for schools, teachers and students. While working on TeachMePlease I felt a huge amount of problems on educational market.
An absence of unified rating systems, lack of transparency, inability of verification of academical tracks, complexity job searches and hiring.
We started to work on DISCIPLINA to help market to overcome those problems.

Q2: Can you briefly tell us what is Disciplina?

Ilya: DISCIPLINA is the first multifunctional blockchain to create verified personal profiles based on academic and professional achievements.
Our project aims to make quality changes in the field of education and recruiting. DISCIPLINA will store the whole history of academic achievement of a person in blockchain, generating their personal score.
It will allow recruiters to simplify the candidate search by their fields of expertise and skills required. DISCIPLINA provides each market participant with the set of tools and new opportunities to increase the efficiency of their activities.
What is important, DISCIPLINA runs it’s own blockchain architecture developed from scratch to meet the market requirements. That makes DISCIPLINA unique — There is no direct competitor.
All existing solutions/platforms do not correspond to the DISCIPLINA goal. DISCIPLINA will store confidential information, such as the courses, students’ tasks, grades, and test results.
Therefore, public blockchain solutions, which store all of their transactions in open access — Ethereum or Cardano, for example — are unacceptable. At the same time, private blockchain solutions, such as Hyperledger, do not provide enough verifiability of the data stored on them.

Q3: Please introduce how Disciplina is extending its use cases.

Ilya: DISCIPLINA provides students with the verified academic track, study history and verified achievements/background. All the educational institutions upload the data related to their students to the blockchain and veify it.
That data could be downloaded by the student as the CV. Next, that CV could be provided to the recruiter and recruiter can check whether the CV is valid.
DISCIPLINA provides educational institutions (EI) with an opportunity to monetize the data. Educational institutions synchronize the academic data of their students/graduates with the blockchain and store that data in a verified way.
If a student prefers, he can allow recruiters to find him. Each time when recruiters find the student while searching, Educational institutions that educated him gets the fee. => DISCIPLINA provides Educational institutions with an instrument of data monetization.
DISCIPLINA also provides recruiters with an instrument to find employees with corresponding skills and backgrounds and with the unified scoring system.

Q4：What for results you achieved until now?

Ilya: Right now our main directions are the technical development and business development.
1. In terms of technical development, we are delivering quite well. We already have the testnet running. Feel free to check our website and find the link on our blockexplorer. At the same time you can find a faucet and claim test coins. Feel free to generate your wallet, claim test coins and track them in the blockexplorer. Our next applications for students and educators would be released soon.
2. In terms of the business development, we are working on the integrations with educational institutions and recruiting agencies. We already have confirmed the participations of almost 1000 educational institutions all over the Globe.

Q5: Can you explain to us what is the utility of DSCP/DSCPL token? What can I do on the platform with these tokens?

Ilya: DSCPL token would be used on the platform to get an access to the data. More data is stored in the blockchain and more demand it has, the bigger would be the coin price.
Each time when recruiters would request the data and initiate the search they would need to pay the fee. Moreover, DISCIPLINA is the PoS consensus algorithm based blockchain. Thus, coins would be used for staking and network maintainance.

Q6. Most investors just focus on the token price in the short term, not on the real value of the project. Can you talk about the benefits for long-term investors?

Ilya: As I mentioned, DSCPL token would be used on the platform to get an access to the data. That provides the coin with the real practical application.
DISCIPLINA platform has almost an endless potential for holders. More students and educational institutions would be onboarded — bigger value would the token have.
At the same time, most of the long term investors would have a chance not only to hold but also to stake coins. That would bring them staking profit for the network maintainance.

Q7:How strong is your fundamental, you can developed project until now, with great achievement like today.

Ilya: We do believe in our idea and we are sure that market needs our solution. What is important, our main engineers is the former core Cardano developers. We also have a great support from the Cardano co-founder.

Q8：Where does the project name come from? What does it mean for you and why did you choose that name for your project?

Ilya: Discciplina is a Latin word. That word means science, study, teaching. We did not have any doubt regarding the project naming and we clearly believe that this name perfectly matches the idea behind our project.

Q9：Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to Disciplina? Because it is the success of a project to get more investors who are still not in the crypto world especially as a new project entering crypto. What are the plans to increase awareness about @Disciplina around in non-crypto space? And which region is in your mind?

Ilya: As I mentioned, we are working hard on the DISCIPLINA business development.
Our main goal is to increase our awareness on the recruitment and educational markets. We are working hard with not only with private schools but with the governmental ones. We also are working with recruiting agencies.
A big portion of our efforts are aimed to the online platforms that already have huge amount of courses, students and data and operate globally.
Regarding the geography, our main directions now are Russia, Europe and US but we also have a lot of partners in China, Japan and South Korea.

We collected dozens of questions and selected two of them to ask.

1. List of educational institutions and recruitment agencies that have cooperated and how to cooperate? What institutions does mainland China plan to cooperate with?

Ilya: Right now we have a partnerships with State Russian University in Saint-Petersburg, Government of the city Saint-Petersburg, Studentor.ru — recruitment platform, European University of Saint-Petersburg

2.What kind of promotion plan does the marketing team have?

Ilya: We have a lot of plans and running great marketing campaign now. We also will introduce liquidity staking program for our holders very soon.
